What picture size am I actually getting when I buy a print from the store?
When you purchase a print size from the store (8x10,11x14,16x20) that is the size of the mat board, which will be the frame size that you will need. The photo size will be slightly smaller. For example, an 8x10 print has a photo size of 5x7 to fit inside the 8x10 mat board. That is why the photo may look smaller than expected. When framed though, the mat board will accentuate the photo instead of diminishing from it.
What is so special about archival matting materials?
Archival materials are made without dyes and chemicals, so that your picture will not be faded or discolored over time. This helps to ensure that your photo will last for many, many years and not decay too quickly.
Why are there so many items "out of stock" in your store?
Currently I am working to build up my inventory of photos that I have on hand. This takes time, and the photos that are "out of stock" are ones that have not been added to my inventory yet. They can still be purchased, but will be special ordered for that particular order.
When will I receive my order?
Average shipping time for orders is 5-7 business days. Photos larger than 16x20 may take longer to ship by 1 to 2 days. Special orders will take between 2-4 weeks

If I want a specific size that is not listed, can I get a print in that size?
Yes you can! Contact me and I will first look to see if I can get the size you desire and then will let you know the cost.
Can I order a metal print in a different size than the ones listed?
Yes you can! Let me know what size you need and I will look into how much it would cost you.
Will I be charged more for special order items?
No you will not be charged any different cost, unless it is necessary to rush the production of the item. The only thing that will be different is the time it takes to get to you.
Can I give you ideas for new places to photograph?
Absolutely yes! I always am open to suggestions so please don't be afraid to send ideas my way!
Are metal prints special order items?
Yes they are, so they fall under the 2-3 week delivery window
